Quarterly retainer£950 per month, £2,850 per quarter in advance, or £10,500 per year prepaid, + VAT. Annual prepaid is preferred.
Keeps the organisation's AI governance baseline current after the Launchpad. Includes quarterly updates to the AI tool register, risk register, vendor evidence tracker, disclosure readiness position and priority action plan as tools, staff use and external questions change.
Sentinel follows a Launchpad. A governance baseline built elsewhere can be maintained, after a separately priced review confirming it is complete enough to maintain.
